Story of favor and blessing from the city planning and special use permit release.

This unique piece of real estate affords so much exposure, and yet required approval from more than 10 city committees to allow our church to be developed there.
We partnered with local civil engineers and real estate attorneys to represent us in these hearings, held public meetings at our current facility and did all we could to position our efforts for success.
Ultimately we rested in God’s word that “the hearts of the kings in the hand of the Lord” (Proverbs 21)

On October 1st, the opposition to our development made their case and we made ours. The presiding committee ruled in our favor, and the promise land was now in reach. The next step is ours. Will we choose to pick up the stones, possess the land and conquer this territory? We believe together we can.
